Because music publishers reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, we cannot guarantee prices. A change of price does not make it permissible to cancel or return an order. We endeavor to update prices on this website on a regular basis, but if you need firm pricing information please ask us to verify pricing. A check box is provided at checkout for that specific purpose. Items showing discounted pricing will be discounted only on orders over $25.00.

Our shopping cart system provides estimates of shipping rates for your order, assuming shipment of all items together in one package. We do not guarantee those rates and shipping & handling charges may vary greatly depending on your delivery deadlines and the necessity of multiple shipments. We may change the shipping method depending on the origin of shipment and on delivery deadlines. Specifying delivery dates for items on your order other than the "Usually ships in" timeframes listed on our website may increase the postage cost.
We use UPS for shipments to locations in North America. UPS shipments can be easily tracked and and generally arrive in a predictable time-frame. Claims can be readily made in the case of damage or loss. Shipment via UPS requires a street address. We cannot ship to p.o. boxes.
Shipments to Asia and Australia are made via UPS. We also offer shipment of low-value packages which are not time sensitive to Asia and Australia via Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.

Claims for missing or damaged items should be made immediately upon receipt of a package, but must be made no later than 14 days after receipt.

Returns & Cancellations
We are not able to accept returns or cancellations for items definitely ordered because virtually all music publishers have that same policy - no returns or cancellations on items correctly supplied. Please contact us in the case of defective or wrongly supplied items. We will accept returns in those cases, or may sometimes replace the item without your needing to return it.
